Refund Policy

If you’re not absolutely in love with your purchase then by all means send it back for a return within 5 days of delivery (Please check the Non-Exchangeable Items listed below).  You simply need to contact us at info@gingerlining.com or call us on +971 4 558 0401 or +97156 88 99 277 to initiate the return.

Our return system is super easy and is free of charge (for UAE Residents). After you contact us, our courier will collect the item(s) and a refund will be issued in your favor.

All orders paid for with a credit card will be refunded to your card. 

Customers who paid for their orders in cash will be refunded via store credit.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and if the item(s) are found in their original condition, we will process the refund.

 

For local shipments: We will bear the collection charges, however, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost paid earlier.  Refund will be issued for the original amount paid on the returned item(s), excluding the original shipping cost & any bank charges in the case where the item(s) was paid for with a credit card.

 

Outside the U.A.E: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, including for those shipments refused at delivery.

All items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached. Where provided, original packaging, sealed packaging in original state, authenticity cards and dust bags should be included with your items. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to refuse, at our own discretion, an exchange if we feel that the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage whereby the item will be sent back to the customer.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items are:

 

  • Used, damaged or tagless items
  • Head Turbans
  • Outlet Products
  • All accessory items (including magnetic accessories)
  • Beauty items
  • Fragrances

Exchange/Return Policy for International Products:

You can return most of the items sold in the “International Products” section of our website against store credit FOR THE VALUE OF THE RETURNED PRODUCTS (excluding the shipping value). You are responsible for the international shipment costs for returns (AED 50 per package).

To return an item, kindly contact us within 5 days of receiving the item(s) at info@gingerlining.com or Whats App us on +97156 88 99 277 to initiate the return as per the following steps:

  • After you contact us, our courier will collect the item(s).
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and if the item(s) are found in their original condition, we will process your store credit minus the AED 50 return charges.
  • If you’re exchanging, the above steps will apply and once your store credit is issued you can use it to place your new order on the site.

 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SHOES

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to refuse, at our own discretion, an exchange if we feel that the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage whereby the item will be sent back to the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Items  from the International Products section are:
