You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing an order. The email will include your order reference number, your order details and your contact information. Kindly review this information promptly and carefully and notify us in case of any changes/errors prior to your order’s dispatch.
Yes. You can do that as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet (orders are usually dispatched by 3:00 pm (UAE time) every working day. If you have placed an order on any working day before 3:00 pm and you wish to edit it, you need to get in touch with us before 3:00 pm on that same day. If you have placed an order after 3:00 pm on any working day, you need to contact us any time before 3:00 pm the following day.
You can do that as long as the payment method selected for those is “Cash On Delivery” and the orders haven’t been dispatched yet. Kindly contact us to combine your orders.
Our current payment method is Cash On Delivery. We will very soon be introducing payment by Credit cards (Visa & MasterCard)
For orders placed in the United Arab Emirates, we only accept payments in the AED. For International orders, we accept payments in the USD.
Our products are already offered at great value for money. Unless the item is on sale, we can’t offer any special case discounts.
We’re an online store and not a physical shop. Therefore, you can only place your orders online and we’ll deliver them to you anywhere for a very low shipping fees. Having said that, we realize the anxiety and uncertainty that comes with online shopping, therefore we have a very flexible return/exchange policy (please check our return & exchange policy). Also, we offer online live chat to assist you while placing an order and we welcome all your additional inquiries through any of our communication channels to assist you.
All available sizes are displayed online. If your size is not showing up, it is unfortunately out of stock. If you’re visiting our website from your desktop, you’ll be able to submit a request to be notified if the item is restocked in your size. Simply click on the item, select your size and fill in your email address on the pop up screen that will be automatically triggered.
Deliveries within Dubai city will be delivered within approximately 2 working days. Deliveries to other cities, will be delivered within approximately 3-4 working days. To avoid delays in your delivery, please make sure to fill in your complete and detailed delivery address and contact details. Please make sure to be available at the numbers that you have provided in order to allow our courier to contact you at the time of delivery. International delivery timings will be posted as soon as we activate this service.

Kindly contact us promptly to inform us. For “Cash On Delivery” orders, we can hold your order up to a 3 days after your scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately, our system will automatically cancel any orders that don't get fulfilled within 5 days of placing an order and they will be made available for sale again. Asking for a new delivery after that will be considered a new request and additional delivery charges will be apply provided the items are still available in stock For orders paid for with a credit card, we can hold your order up to 10 days. After that, your order will be unfortunately cancelled and the value of your purchased item will be refunded excluding the delivery charge. In case you have to leave the country at the time of delivery, we highly encourage you to designate any other person to accept the delivery on your behalf. In such a case, kindly contact us promptly and provide us with all the new contact details of your designated person.
Once your order is shipped out, you’ll receive from us a shipping confirmation email containing your shipment tracking details along with the shipper’s tracking URL address. Kindly enter your tacking details to get an update on the status of your shipment.
We ship our items from the UAE.
This can only be applied on the outlet bags delivered within the UAE. Unfortunately, it can’t be done to any other items. As we deliver with a courier company, we’re unable to offer this service. However, we offer you the option to return your item(s) within 5 days of receiving them. Kindly note that certain items are not eligible for exchanges / returns (please check our return & exchange policy).
You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Kindly contact us promptly to inquire about the status of your order and if it still qualifies for cancellation. Due to the large amount of emails that we receive on daily basis and the time differences between the United Arab Emirates and other countries, we cannot guarantee that our customer service representatives will receive your request before the order ships. Kindly try to contact us via instant messaging on our social media or on what’s app number for such urgent matters.
If you’re not absolutely in love with your purchase then by all means send it back for a return within 5 days of delivery. We will refund the value of the cancelled order’s amount to the original mode of payment excluding any non-refundable bank charges (if applicable) / shipping costs if already incurred. Kindly contact us to request any exchange/return.
